We are able to provide remote support and demonstrations of the managed file transfer products on our using our remote services facility. You will need to download and install the following software to receive remote support (PC or Mac versions):

In the event that you require remote desktop support, the engineer assigned your support ticket will ask you to log-into our remote services facility, which can be accessed by clicking the link below. Once you are logged in please click on Support Center and the engineer will then be able to remotely control your desktop.
