Pro2col acquires Hermstedt AG's file transfer division

Pro2col, the UK’s leading file transfer and workflow specialist, has acquired the file transfer division of Hermstedt AG. Pro2col has established an office in Germany and secured technical and sales resources to continue to offer the UK and German customer base the high level of service they have come to expect.

James Lewis, Managing Director of Pro2col comments; “Pro2col has acquired the rights to manufacture of StingRay and all of the Leonardo communication products. The support team will still be based in Germany and a development roadmap will be in place shortly. We’re extremely excited by this opportunity and have secured the services of key personnel from Hermstedt AG to ensure continued service and a smooth transition.

We’ll be speaking directly with all known users of the StingRay server to get their input on features they would like to see included in new releases.” Lewis continues “In addition it is our intention to introduce our entire product range to Germany over the coming months, building upon the already established German customer base.”
