FileCatalyst Direct
FileCatalyst Direct is a point-to-point file transfer solution. A pure software solution, features are made available by installing the FileCatalyst Server at one end point and using one of several client-side options on the other. With FileCatalyst technology at both ends, users engage in superior file transfer in terms of speed, security, and reliability. As well as being a standalone product, FileCatalyst Direct may seamlessly integrate within FileCatalyst Webmail or FileCatalyst Workflow solutions.
The end-user experience is just as important as the underlying technology, and to that end there are a number of FileCatalyst client options available:
- HotFolder is used to create automated processes, from task and bandwidth scheduling to transfers triggered by filesystem events.
- Java Applets enable accelerated transfer within a web browser, meaning zero installation and no configuration on the client side.
- Command-Line Interface provides a way to create or replace scripts in a file transfer workflow, enabling them with FileCatalyst acceleration.
- Development Kit (SDK) allows you to build a custom solution or integrate FileCatalyst within an existing application.
- Express Client is a simple two-pane transfer tool instantly accessible to anybody familiar with desktop FTP clients.
