Pro2col was formed in 2003 by James Lewis and Charles Snell following the closure of 4-Sight Ltd, the ISDN division of WAM!NET. Pro2col has since gone on to build a unique portfolio of industry leading products based around customers needs to move files/data from business to business via the Internet, both securely and in a timely fashion.

July 2007 - Pro2col acquired Hermstedt AG's professional file transfer solutions, including the Leonardo and StingRay solutions. An office in Mannheim, Germany managed by Anette Hermstedt has been opened since to service our German customer base and to generate new business.
September 2007 - Pro2col established a dedicated service centre in the Midlands to offer improved technical support and engineering facilities.
